TM59 Gander Road
This was a traditionally styled semi-detached house built to modern performance standards. It required significant changes from the initial plans seen here and adept client communication, to achieve a pass that still retained occupant control.
TM59 is the design methodology for the assessment of overheating risk in flats and homes. TM59 contains standardised internal gains and occupancy profiles, and stipulates which weather files should be used.
